How long have you been in business? 
We have been in business since 1993. During that time we have incorporated many enhancements to our software as a result of user feedback in terms of features and flexibility, with Tarot Professional allowing you to cast pretty much any way you want to as well as edit the meanings and use different decks. Interestingly, we have not had requests for more features in several years, which we take to mean our software is what users are seeking. 

Is the software you provide downloaded or shipped? 
Our software is shipped on CDROM via USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of PayPal payment or after a check clears if paid for by check.

Who’s interpretations are used for default? 
Our default interpretations are based on extensive research, including the following resources: Hajo Banzhaf, author of The Tarot Handbook, Cynthia Giles, author of The Tarot: History, Mystery, and Lore, Melita Denning and Osborne Phillips, authors of The Llewellyn guide to The Magick of the Tarot, Eden Gray, author of Mastering the Tarot and The Tarot Revealed, and Rosemary Ellen Guiley, author of The Mystical Tarot. 

Are there any reviews of your software that I can read?

Can I send Casting Reports via email?
Castings and their reports are saved in a proprietary format that can be read only by the program that created them; therefore, unless the recipient has the program, he or she will not be able to open it. The good news is that there are third-party programs that will convert almost any file to almost any other file, including pdf files, which can then be sent to recipients and opened by them.

Is it possible to cast cards in any order and placement I like?
Yes. Using the Freeform spread in Tarot Professional you can place any card anywhere on the screen, and even move it after you place if you wish.

Can I add decks to the program?
Yes. In Tarot Professional, click on Deck in the menu and you can scan or otherwise import images of whatever deck you wish to use.

Can I limit my casting to the Major Arcana?
Yes. In both Tarot Professional and Tarot Pro Plus, you can choose the option of castign all cards or just the Major Arcana.
